Approved peptide drugs such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and tesamorelin are obtainable in Hawaii with a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Telehealth access is limited.
Peptides on the FDA's 503A Category 2 bulk list — including BPC-157, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, and thymosin alpha-1 — cannot lawfully be compounded by any pharmacy in Hawaii, regardless of state rules, because the restriction is federal.
